Hampton Inn & Suites West Haven

I did not have to get someone to clean my room. The linen was actually clean. The bathroom was clean. I felt comfortable.

During this trip there was nothing that diappointed me.

Room was reasonably large and updated and clean.

Nice building and rooms with tub.

Everything was great....... Would it be possible to get a copy of my bill....I forgot to take it with me....Email would be fine....

The room was large with tub, stayed here for 2 nights. Had a shower and hair dryers in the bathroom. The location was magnificent and perfect, to all the activities, in the pretty nice area.

Unbeatable and exceptionally nice position, we greatly enjoyed staying here.

The hotel was perfect and clean with caringstaff members. We lived in the queen room with drinks and tub, for example. The highlight was the great food. Location: the property was close to Starbucks, Texas roadhouse, and Wal-Mart, the coast, and good restaurants and stores. Furthermore, to commuter train.

We explored the thrilling water adventures like jet skiing and kayaking nearby. The hotel was clean, and the free breakfast was perfect for fueling our days. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was just a proper fit for a short layover in West Haven with great for the money. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Make sure to double-check the smoke detector for any issues before settling in.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, with convenient features like wi-fi and a fitness centre, made my short stay enjoyable.

We had a nice experience staying here, enjoying the comfy beds and the spacious pool area that was perfect. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind. A small downside was that the breakfast options could be a bit more varied, but it didn't take away from our overall fun 😊

Dined nearby at Chipotle for some fresh burritos, a real game changer after hitting the road. The lobby's holiday feel and friendly staff made for a cozy vibe.

The place felt a bit worn with odors from smoking sections lurking around. Breakfast options were basic, and they were missing the much-loved bacon!

We stayed for 2 nights in the accessible room which was really comfy. The breakfast was fresh and had lots of choices, which I loved! Staff was super helpful too. Just wish the location was a bit quieter since it was close to the highway, but it's handy for quick access.

The hotel was perfect for our family getaway. The kids loved the pool, and I appreciated the clean and comfy King Studio Suite. Each morning, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast that set us up for fun outings nearby, including some local water adventures.

My children wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

Perfect for Families Traveling with Kids

The staff were just very nice! They let my family stay for an extra five hours after checkout since my vehicle was stuck in the shop, wouldn't charge us. They kept the smiles going, even when I brought my toddler and two cats into the lobby-made the stress of travel a lot easier to handle!

It wasn't cheap but honestly, the service made it acceptable.

The lobby was cozy and inviting. The accessibility features, especially in the bathroom, were just perfect for my needs, giving me peace of mind .

More grab bars for safety would be helpful.
